These boxer briefs are extremely comfortable and easily some of the best I have worn. The pouch design provides excellent under support without feeling restrictive or compressed. Everything sits naturally and securely, which makes a big difference during all day wear. There is no pinching or squeezing, just a supportive and comfortable fit.

The addition of the fly is a great upgrade. I will admit I usually pull the leg over out of habit, but when wearing pants the fly is genuinely convenient and easy to use. I also noticed that when using the fly, the pouch support stays perfectly aligned. When pulling the leg over, I sometimes need to readjust the support line afterward, but that is not an issue when using the fly as intended.

The TENCEL Modal fabric feels incredibly soft and smooth against the skin. It stays cool, wicks moisture well, and does not lose its comfort over time. These feel premium in every sense, from the material to the stitching and overall construction. I already own jocks and boxer briefs without the fly from BKIEO and have always loved the support, comfort, and look. These fit right in and may even be my favorite version because of the added convenience.

There is something about how this pouch is designed that just works. It hugs everything properly without any constriction, giving a natural feel with excellent support. If comfort, support, and fabric quality matter to you, these are absolutely worth it.

This is their most expensive product, and it's worth it. They fail to tell you why. I will tell you. It has a U-shaped ball lifter panel in the pouch that holds your balls more forward and higher.

I had been previously buying their cheaper version with the higher placed horizontal pouch opening. I loved them, but this version does an even better job of keeping my balls forward, so I don't sit on them. For a few extra dollars a pair, you might as well give your boys the best ride through the day.

I am a working man. I need to keep my balls in the right place. BKIEO works for me. They are not snug like a jockstrap. But, the forward positioning is more important than snugness.

Tencel fibers are known to be the best for testicle health. And for the circumcised man, Tencel is the most gentle on the exposed glans, protecting it from keratinizing (getting callous and losing feeling). You may not know it, but a circumcised glans can have a lot of sensitivity, or have no feeling, depending on how you treat it. Fabric and fit are all-important. A pouch protects you from the rubbing you would experience in boxers. Think about that for minute, if you haven't.
